So glad Matt is stepping back into a more creative role!

I'm glad to see you being open about what's going on here but I would have liked a little more information on some projects I know they take time but I'm assuming this reshuffling had something to do with the price hike. A little more information might have helped some people come to grips with the price hike and maybe stay. Also was kind of hoping for more information on the UK office you had planned if that's still in the works (wasn't sure if it was or not even more now considering the lay offs). EDIT: Also forgot to say welcome back to the creative side Matt
