And, if I had to give an answer to that, my thought would be that if you can get your legs moving to match terminal velocity of 9.8m/s, which apparently humans can do since it is just under 22mph and Usain Bolt ran 28mph, you could potentially land it. Now, the problem with roller blades/roller skates is you would need to land it just right that nothing clips in the landing and everything is perfectly smooth.
