you mean in style or gameplay? Because in gameplay it looks like a cheap flash twinstick shooter.

In premise and shown action mostly.

Replace the sloths with turtles, and you get TMNT as far as the protagonists' personalities go... I mean, they are four antropomorphic animals that have a different weapon each, and all can fight and like pizza!

And the shown action sequences look like an HD version of Battletoads, with the toads being replaced by sloths.

There is an entire game play based trailer on the Steam page for it! looks interesting... lol

Or... the trailer could be just to alert people to the games existence so they'd check it out on Steam where the game play trailer is... but that'd be ridiculous. Because as everybody knows, all game trailers have gameplay in them. Always. Every fucking time.

From what i recall they are only publishing this game, its not developed in studio so not much time spent on their part. I can't say why sex swing didn't get renewed but given it a more traditional animation the "watch time (ie the percentage sex swing made up of the total rt watch time)" to "time spent producing" ratio may not have been sufficient, whilst with games its the the money from sales to money spent developing. Again just my theory can't say for sure, may be some unknown internal reasons also.

A lot less people watched sex swing than other rt projects, myself included, because the comedy was very specialized to funhaus fans which made it kind of hard to watch if you aren't a fan of theirs.  As someone who isn't a funhaus fan and watched the first couple episodes, it was tough to watch, lacking even the general punchlines in other specialized shows like xray and vav.  Dunno if it would have been funny had I understood the inside jokes more, but I saw a lot of comments in the first couple episodes that mirrored my views.

@Silenteagle7 Actually Funhaus themselves have talked at length about how their intention was not to put any Funhaus related inside jokes or things you'd need to know as an FH fan to enjoy the show. And it's true, there weren't really any of that in the show. You really didn't even need to know the backstory or how "Sex Swing" came to be really.

Honestly, the main problem Sex Swing had as far as I can tell, and likely the reason it didn't get enough viewers, was because of poor initial reception. While there are some who liked the first episode, most of us can agree that it was easily the worst episode of the entire series, and had a lot of issues. That likely drove most of the audience away that might have otherwise enjoyed the show. I know that I for one would have dropped it based on the first episode if I didn't have a policy of watching at least 2-3 episodes of RT shows before passing judgement. The second episode and beyond were spectacular, but initial impressions can decide whether or not you even have an audience to watch that second episode or not.....
