I think you are being too hard on Youtube, that was one of the hardest slaps on the wrists I had ever seen, they also probably sent him a strongly worded letter.

How did YouTube “act accordingly” when the video was posted? The video got removed by Logan Paul, after the series of twitter outcries. YT did nothing besides let it climb through their trending page.
