@Antistar_S oh yeah... but with that many subs what are the chances YouTube are going to sanction him? None. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the core of the problem (though you could argue it is people being dicks - but there is no fixing that (short of evolutionary type measures) I'm afraid).
So for those who are thinking that toothpaste in Oreos is a harmless prank, I would like to point out that you're not meant to swallow toothpaste. Right on the tube it says that you shouldn't swallow more than a pea-sized glob -- much less 5 Oreos worth. Toothpaste contains fluoride which is safe in small doses (5 toothpaste Oreos is NOT a small dose), but can cause upset stomach, vomiting and diarrhea. Vomiting and diarrhea are great ways to dehydrate the human body. Without access to plenty of water, this person may end up needing a trip to the emergency room to be given an IV drip of saline or else they would die.
Fluoride also binds to calcium and magnesium. The first case, hypocalcemia, can cause confusion/memory loss, muscle spasms, numbness in the extremities, hallucinations, muscles cramps, and brittle bones. The second, also causes muscle spasms, as well as fatigue, hypertension (high blood pressure), asthma, and an irregular heart beat.
More information is available via the Poison control center, and a Material Safety Datasheet (MSDS) from any toothpaste manufacturer.
@skeeter_mcbee And being a homeless person he probably didn't have free access to safe drinking water and would have been suspected of taking drugs rather than being tricked into poisoning himself if he turned up at A&E (Accident and Emergency) - assuming he had the mental capacity left to do that or had another homeless friend who was willing to help him do it (because non-homeless people would almost certainly just ignore his death throws...
the youtuber of the toothpaste also electrocuted his cats a year ago and nowadays he still has a channel and uploads gameplays. Most of the Spanish community made videos about him it was a big deal also he has a million subscribers on youtube
so most people have forgotten about his cruel pranks videos
@SapoVolador In the UK he would get in more trouble over the cat electrocution than all of the others put together - definitely jail time - but the UK is really serious about animal protection.

I absolutely hate YouTube pranksters. If yall havent heard of the Bradberrys then look em up. They kidnapped a woman and threatened her in the name of "spreading a message"
Y'know, if you absolutely have to prank someone with food, you could use Tabasco sauce or wasabi or something like that. Something that is actually intended for human consumption, but that a lot of people don't like. (Speaking of food, Ashley's shirt in this one is making me crave some noodles.)
