I think I prefer if an ending is more dark but not just for the sake of being dark, only if it makes sense to be that way. So I really like the interpretation that in Limbo he's dead and they can't be reunited.
Or perhaps it's just I've been watching too much Game of Thrones and have become accustomed to the no happy endings.
I was persrobed aderal for most of my childhood, it really messed me up later in life.
Terraria is amazing, but i found the need to watch some tutorial videos online.
Wow. Lots of news and stuff acting like those fallout shelter numbers are really huge.
Average play session is 1.6 minutes.
Less than 1 baby born per vault.
Average vault is played for just 1/3 of an hour.
Significantly less than 1 explorer per vault.
1/3 of all explorers were ignored for so long, they died. ( Despite the bug with the update that would make them invincible if you didn't check them until after the update. )
They haven't said how many people have downloaded it, but it's almost certainly over 2 million. Just 2 million though would mean an average total played time of 14.5 hours, or about 30 minutes a day. Significantly less if it's much more than 2 million users.
What I got from this, is it's actually not being played that much. It looks to me mostly like people creating a bunch of vaults, abandoning them during the tutorial, then eventually sticking with one for a couple days. ( Also probably a lot of people simply playing 1 vault, and abandoning it very early on as well. )
I do wish I had created more vaults before sticking to 1 though. They should have done special tutorial lunchboxes with set items in them for the start. It makes an enormous difference what you get in those early boxes. I'm too invested into my 1 though to restart. ( Note that I'm on Android, so only been playing a bit, and I am not counted in those stats. )
I mean, sure. It's certainly a success. Especially since it wasn't really meant to make any money, it is mostly an advertisement for FO4, and giving us something to keep reminding us of the game. ( Each time the app updates, it's basically a little reminder that Fallout 4 is coming. ) It's just funny how those numbers can look so massive, but when you start actually dividing it, it's tiny.
I wanted to watch this then i lost my sponsor 5 min ago and have to wait for my $4.99 to stop pending. (First world problems)
"they don't know what my family looks like... Oh god in heaven." This made me laugh a bit too loudly.
If the video often pauses (to preload) for you, try leaving them running with the sound muted then play/watch something else. This worked for me. I can watch it smoothly the 2nd time round after I let it finish streaming. I heard another alternative is to use a VPN but I don't plan to get one.
It was funny hearing that first topic, I was hired to edit a script about a woman who makes a living financially dominating men, weirdest thing I have ever read. They actually paid her to go on dates and sleep with other men then brag about it to them. It's called financially cockolding. So weird.
Damn Meg laughing at my technology.
Best batman movie ever!!!! #PlasticBatmanNips
Ryan asked for adderall downsides sooooo
stomach upset combined with severe appetite suppression (if taken for a long time will result in severe weight loss and once off adderall your metabolism will be super fucked up and you'll gain a fuck ton of weight), increased anxiety and nervousness, increase in blood pressure, and if taking too high of a dose a person can experience heart problems. there are also several other side effects but they're less common. Honestly the anxiety is enough to cause most people who have to take adderall to hate it.
sources include my brother being on the medication for 12 years now and myself having taken focalin (another adhd medication) for a short time
The worst is Ritalin, I was put on it in middle school and it gave me extreme anxiety and depression. These meds are not to play around with. People with ADHD don't have a choice to take them when they're young. As soon as I had the free will, I never took another pill again, and I have never felt better.
I don't take adderall now but I've been diagnosed with adhd since I was in 1st grade and I took adderall for those first couple of years. I take vyvanse now but it has a lot of the same side effects as adderall. I definitely don't enjoy taking it but my adhd is severe enough that I have to to be able to get anything done. It's not a drug to mess around with. I makes me really mad when people who don't have add or adhd take adhd medications to cram for tests or play video games better. It makes it seem like anyone who takes those meds are abusing them and it only adds to the stigma that adhd is a made up condition when, in fact, it is a legitimate mental illness/ learning disability. Sorry for the rant-y, long post
