I liked Dinkleage's voice, it was fun to hear honestly, especially when there was barely any other voices, other then the weird sounds of the enemies. I don't really have a problem with Nolan's voice either, it's energetic, but whatever. I just don't get why they replaced him, except unless he just didn't want to do it anymore.
North's voice was uneasy for me at first, but once I noticed that it reminded me of Guilty Spark I felt much better

I don't like how happy Nolan North is as the ghost. The entire game is just people saying "the light is dying, the darkness is coming" then the new ghost is like "HEY WANNA GO CAMPING, THIS IS SO MUCH FUN!" I preferred dinklage saying "what the speaker said is what is going on"
Dinklebot was fine. I feel like people were just angry that they didn't get some super quirky AI buddy when Bungie just wanted to try something different. Not every AI needs to be Cortana or GlaDOS or Wheatley.

I don't think that North's Ghost sounds too "chirpy", maybe I'm being biased towards Nolan North but it sounds to me like he's just giving more life to the character. In comparison to Dinklebot there's a lot more vocal variation - maybe that's because North is used to bringing his performance through his voice alone and Peter Dinklage didn't have the same approach. Personally I prefer North but I never had an issue with Dinklage's performance either... I'm glad they are changing all of the voice work from the beginning for consistency though.
Back when Titanfall came out the preview program just wouldn't play discs. Was pretty annoying.
