I actually have had a "chicken & waffles cone" at a local restaurant! It was a waffle cone full of mashed potatoes and chicken. It felt weird, but tasted amazing.

I made a real solid dinner last night - chickpea burgers and a pomegranate, feta and quinoa salad. I did badly stain one t-shirt in the process, but it was worth it.

Jon’s laugh is so lovely. I just love listening to it haha
