@BlackRose1691 I would say it depends on your level. I have some hip issues so I have had to develop my legs very slowly, so this workout really hit me hard, I definitely needed at least 2 days recovery before doing the leg stuff again. But I was able to do it without any joint issues, it just tore my muscles up! I could barely walk afterwards haha.
If Kelly wasn't in charge of this, I can imagine any intention of this being a serious workout video would have gone off the rails in under 6 minutes. Thank you for this content. Healthy and positive for sure!
