@PhantomAC Bang on with the Bermie comment. And I think those more recent to Rooster Teeth and their various channels may miss the important consistency through the years: they love the process. For me, the best podcasts, for example, are when they start diving into process: a new way of thinking, a new employee or cast member who has added to or changed their process, or, heck, even during the pandemic and the honest struggle to move to streaming and working from home. And this podcast exemplifies that: Blizz and Ky discussing the joy found in creating and brainstorming and rethinking and seeing the confidence and connectedness being part of the process brings them makes me excited that the spirit is being cultivated. I can't wait to see what they create! I could ramble on, but Rooster Teeth is a fascinating company and stands out because they understand that the medium is the message.
