Bummed about Halo losing players cause I am still having a good time with it. Probably lots of people done with Battle Pass will come back for Season 2 but it's a pretty decent drop.
Not surprised at all at the drop in Halo players, played the multiplayer for 10 hours and decided that iv'e seen everyhing that was to be seen. Uninteresting gamemodes, terrible playlists, boring maps and boring weapon selection. and then you have the terrible monetization in the battle passes and microtransaktions where customization was made worse than previous games in order to sell more colours and skins.
Shows my age, but I'm so happy to see someone else as excited to see Chrono Cross ported to the Switch since the last time it was released to something since the PS3 era (also its gona be released on Xbox and Steam)
Saw the Halo stream at in 40k viewers yesterday during HCS, currently the category is at 7k viewers on Twitch. Certainly not bringing in COD numbers but they're doing enough. Thankfully there's plenty player base to find matches at 4am on a thursday when I'm gaming on degen hours
@Zagadka Anthem is still fully playable and included with ea play or gamepass ultimate. I actually just checked and the full version is 7$. I do recommend it if you like the genre, as a single player experience it still has a decent campaign and flying around the world is a blast.
Multiplayer sucks rn. There is nothing to do, and when you aren’t paying for the battle pass, you can’t unlock any other armor, etc. also not being able to get a Series X, playing on my Xbox One S the game doesn’t run super well. Honestly I loved halo 5s super fiesta and husky raid. Or I’ll boot up MCC and play the fiesta playlist for halo 4.
