@DarthBurrit0 Isn't he supposed to be giving up his position once the acquisition is completed? Didn't he WANT to leave after the acquisition was completed?
I'm not sure, but I THINK, based on some recent mail that I received from another company, that companies put these people up for election and it's a default YES vote from the shareholder. Unless you specifically mail in a ballot saying you want to vote down the election of an official (say, Kotick) then your shares count in favor of the choice. That's the only way it makes sense that Kotick got a 91% yes vote.
