Elden Ring is finally out and the reviews are in but it turns out reviewers were only given a week to play the massive game. This set Twitter on fire earlier this week and now we're back into the age old debate over what constitutes a comprehensive review and questions are being asked about how much reviews matter all together. We have got the whole back in forth right here on the Weekend Roundup. I've never touched a Souls game, but with all the hype surrounding this, is it worth me buying?

@Flashgio If you have the patience to deal with enemy's coming out of nowhere and being 3x faster than you and can one shot you then yes, but you should get one of the old ones, on sale if you can to make sure you like the combat as that is most of what there is.

They defiantly should mark their reviews as not finished if they aren't but it would be much better to stop pandering for clicks, the reviews are all but useless anyway because they all just say what they think people want to hear. I can't wait for the PSVR 2 to come out both because it looks great and because there is no way in hell a PS5 can run it at max settings, if it hits 1440 at 60 frames I'll be impressed. I'm sure it will be great anyway but the folks who think the PS5 can do 8k at 120 fps are insane.
