Lindsay Jones and Jordan created X Ray and Vav and I believe they do a lot of writing and directing for that show so there is that. The fact that they are between seasons right now means they are probably coming up with ideas and doing some script writing for next season. Also, RT's animation department has grown quite a lot in the past year. He has probably delegated some of the work down to other animators and he probably just checks to see if everything is good and stays within a certain RTAA style.

They would have to be Minimations. And GTA already has deer. And trucks. I don't know about cats. And car-washes.

They might have to use a modded version where players can become the animals in question. Didn't Funhaus do a bunch of stuff using a mod like that?

A lot of guys do for some reason. There was a girl in my kindergarten named Jennifer who ate clam chowder and guacamole and cheese curds and other stuff I found disgusting and she was actually mentally handicapped and insisted I was her boyfriend.
