Is there a max IQ to be a guardian at RTX Australia?
People seemed to presume that the Guardian didn't know who Joel was, but I feel it's much more likely that they were trying to get exactly this kind of story out of it. If I was a guardian, I feel there's a fair chance I would've done the same thing to Joel, especially since I know he could go around to any other door and still get inside from another guardian.

Even Burnie said he once said no to a photo with a fan because of "Time" and admitted on the podcast he said no for a better story later. The story is the most important part!
Honestly, RT is such a big production studio now, with so many shows, it's entirely possible, that particular fan doesn't watch their live action content. Also Joel's face doesn't feature as prominently as it used to, in the RT Shorts, and on the Podcasts. Hopefully with Day 5's release, we'll get some more Joel goodness.
The guy who did this isn't actually a Rooster Teeth fan, so he honestly didn't know who Joel was.

I was one of the guardians on the Registration Team this year and know exactly who this is XD I was on the same duty and I had a similar experience with Hex from Good Game until I saw her PA and recognised her.
Must have been a Funhaus Fan :P
