I knew a lot of what she's shared, as a 40-something housewife/mother with a chef for a husband (he's never home), but I have picked up some great things from her. It's not necessarily the caffeine in coffee that makes you poop! It can help things along, but decaf coffee makes you poop too, and I've absolutely had more caffeine from energy drinks in a similar time frame and it's never made me need to poop like coffee (caffeinated or decaf alike) does - and I jokingly dedicate my degree to one specific flavour of monster, I was pounding that shit to an unhealthy degree (hello undiagnosed ADHD 🤣) and it never ever made me feel like I needed to poop off schedule like any form of coffee does! I also have some pop rocks style stuff with caffeine in and that doesn't make me need to poop more than usual either!

Also cold stuff in mugs is great and makes sense, the ceramic insulates it and keeps it colder longer! Wine in mugs is a personal fave 😍
