On the bank overdraft talk. I know some UK banks do student accounts with 0 fee overdrafts (up to a certain amount), and I know people who actively went into negative figures thinking they were safe. Then graduated and had the account changed to a normal one since they weren't a student anymore and had huge fees applied to like £100s in overdrafts.

It's not a first time boner, was too young. But first time a female animated character made my heart skip a beat was the owner of Hamtaro from the show of same name. I think it was a christmas themed one and she was in a dress. Realized I found her reeaallly cute like 2 years after that happened.

It's interesting to me how people talk about women being super oversexualized in games but they never talk about the ones that weren't. I feel like gaming has always gotten a bad rap there even though there are games like resident evil that have great representation. I'm pretty sure there where more women that where better but people only remember the bad ones. Regina from dino crisis changed my perspective on how badass women can be.

@woard it's because there were so much more women at the time than not. women were few in games or they were in sexualized clothing. and not to mention if you were a woman who gamed, that was "unheard" of

@woard women go after men for sexualizing women, but often fail to hold other women accountable for sexualizing themselves. im generalizing of course, yet again, so are they.
