i know at its so frustrating because I'm a kiwi who has flown air New Zealand my whole life and I've only ever had great service I'm so sorry Burnie and Ashley that you had such bad luck i hope you still really enjoyed your trip

You say that, but we have two main airlines in New Zealand.

Air New Zealand and Jetstar.

Air New Zealand is the good one... Trust me you never want to fly Jetstar....

wow, your end drone shots were fantastic. How badly did @MLaPorte loose his shit watching those?! They look so breathtaking yet they still look so much like those miniature sets for films. BUT IT'S REAL! Insane, haha!!

I am so sorry for your and Ashley's travel woes...reminds me when I went to Birmingham to meet Benedict Cumberbatch, my flight was delayed THREE TIMES because of a broken "food warmer" in first class, the pilot couldn't find "something" (what the hell we never found out what the something WAS!), and then the plane was at the terminal just sitting there running so long they needed to refuel. =_= OH UNITED I HATE YOU SO MUCH haha. My friend and I had prebought train tickets as well to get into London to sight see once we landed and we totally missed it by like a minute we were so pissed. Another 120 pounds to re-buy them (including the underground day passes). blah. But we still got to meet the king cumberbitch and it was awesome haha.

God New Zealand is fucking gorgeous. It's been on my bucket list for years, I will get there one day, and it will be the happiest day of my life. Only I probably wouldn't get to meet Peter Jackson like you guys did lol
