Regarding the Joy-con, did you press a small button underneath it to unlock it? Saw on other videos that's how you do it.

EDIT: Watching the Switch unboxing at the moment, I can see he did try to unlock it with the button.
Yeah he tried, if you watch the Unboxing on The Know you can see Ashley does it several times, then Burnie slides it on the wrong way, and it's stuck. Ashley tries after several succsesful attempts on the other Joy-Con and she can't get it off either.
Basically there's a + and - symbol on the joy-Con and on the thing he slid in so it's meant to be ++ on top, and -- on the bottom, he slid it into +- and -+ and it clicked in place and got stuck
Its interesting he makes the comment that he is doing a Harley documentary, and mixing that into filming in texas and incentives. Does he realize that Harley is a WISCONSIN company?
Do you realize that was a joke? Because - presumably - a Harley started making noise.

Its hard to convert existing bathrooms into unisex while there is 250 people using them all day. They would have to re-do the plumbing for a lot of it not to mention renovating the room to be more private. it's not as easy as just throwing a couple of walls up. Making them from scratch is by fair easier.
