I'm surprised that Oblivion Island went under the radar for so many people. It's a really nice, enjoyable movie.

Not Ghibli level epic or anything, but worth a watch. Also a good movie for kids (but with a moment or two that might be a bit scary for younger people.)

I can't see AoT stopping the Anime before the end, but I could see it skipping things where they can and compressing the story overall. 

LOL Miles picked Arikawa Under the Bridge for his shot of the week. Personally I would have picked Guts from Berserk because he really is monstrous when he gets serious, even before his Berserker armor.

As far as the subtitle viruses go, just update your software. VLC, Kodi, and Stremio should update easily and all are patched for the exploit.

The support project Issa was talking about is the Animator Dormatory Project. One of the biggest impediments to up and coming animators in industry is the combination of low wages (getting paid a fix cost per drawing done) and the cost of living in and around the Tokyo area.

The goal of this project is to give newbie animators fully-funded housing for a year, network them with professionals in industry, and give them an environment where they can build up connections and their craft to a point where their output is high enough to offset other costs.

How about something like "Ani-flix"
