@23:30ish: I had the tooootal opposite experience throughout high school. There were some prick kids, but it was overwhelmingly angry shitbag teachers treating students like trash. I had one teacher who would routinely, and I mean every other day, lose her shit and degrade us all for 10-20 minutes. Telling us how we wouldn't go to college, how we were morons, she'd talk shit about out appearances, etc. Another teacher would lose his shit, break rulers and yardsticks over his knee and on desks. He once said he and other teachers only cared about us because they were paid to and that after high school society would want us to roll over and die. Other teachers would break our writing utensils or make us all sit in total silence if they got mad. Total pricks.
ALSO I now realize that one of my teachers at that school was probably having an affair with a female student. Every morning at some point on class he'd say "Hey, femalestudentname, let's go make coffee." Then they'd both go into his office, close the door, and be in there for a while. They would come out with coffee though. Not sure why it didn't click with me at the time
