I run a small hospitals covid19 vaccine clinic and whenever we finish up the days appointments, if we have extras, we always find someone to give it to. I can’t believe other hospitals are throwing them away?
here in the UK they do a similar thing with the vaccine, they've split people into age ranges, basically, with people like nhs workers also being in the first group and clinically extremely vulnerable people, like myself, being in the third group i think it is. So they work through their lists but if they have vaccines available and someone doesn't show up/can't make the appointment they just start messaging people to see if you want to come in and get it.
@taterface27 In Mass Effect, the Quarians are an alien race that ended up having to live on ships for 300 years. Being in a sterile environment for so long made their immune systems so weak that they had to wear exosuits because just getting a cold could be life threatening to them.
@EricBaudour It was a complete misrepresentation of both intent and role within the vote. Our judge missed the point and is a man who wrongly claimed bananas are the Justin Timberlake of fruit. Although a ruling was made the banana court saw no justice.
