one of those entirely inconsequential things that only feel weird to the person saying them but as baby Blaine was getting that video taken I was seven days old 😂 this was an awesome podcast, great crew, Alfredo's always great fun

That whole soccer drama is why I switched to track & field halfway through high school. Such a better community in my opinion.

My thought around 10:45: as a woman who 5”1, having a good strong handshake is my favorite thing. I’m all for still having shaking someone’s hand be a thing. It’s more of a professional experience, in my mind.

I watched the video podcast just to see Alfredo twerking. So happy to see him on here.

Them talking about kids being indestructible made me want to share this story. I was at a daycare that was basically just a woman's house. She also had a son that was about my age and we would play together a lot. Well one day we got the bright idea to start jumping down the stairs. I'm sure it started with some low number like "I can jump 3 stairs" well we went back and forth and I said I could jump ALL of the stairs and he dared me to do it. So me being the mental giant that I was got a running start and jumped the entire flight of stairs landing with a SMACK right on my face. I start to cry right as the husband of the lady who was "watching" us came home and he picked me up and I proceeded to bleed out of my nose all over his white dress shirt ruining it completely. In the end the whole thing was fine and there probably wasn't even any brain damage.
