I just watched the City Beautiful video on Austin's I-35. I believe it when they say every state's DOT is the hammer to every highway nail. I feel for the Austin citizens who just want to live there.
Has anyone at Roosterteeth or Warner/HBOMax actually communicated how people in places outside of the US are supposed to watch Gen:Lock? I was a huge fan of the first season, but because I am in Canada (and HBOMax doesnt exist here) there is literally no way for me to support the show legally... Kind of sucks, especially because no options are being provided.
@TehBattleaxe Yeah that sucks, dude. I was hoping FIRST members would get access, too. Honestly one one the main hopes I had while maintaining my membership. IDK if you have an American friend who can stream it while y'all watch at the same time. And you could still support it with merch purchases. I know I personally can't afford to sub to HBOmax, so I'm looking for a way as well.
I kind of wish that you guys would bang the drum more for Extra Life, even though you guys have been doing it for so long. It has sort of felt over the last couple years like either it’s not a priority or the marketing gets thrown together last minute. It’s always been my favorite part of the year and where I feel so much pride being a community member and I just feel like it doesn’t matter how long you’ve been doing it, you should be screaming it from the rooftops at least starting in October to remind people and get the hype going with teasers and whatnot. Like what an opportunity to get everyone excited and I feel like you’re missing it. I’m still really excited for it, but you guys get new members and new viewers all the time who don’t know what this is. It’s about spreading the word and hyping it up. I don’t want it to feel like an after thought anymore
Chris is the blessing that comes out of nowhere... main conversation - We are needing education in the nation and we really need people to participate.... Chris' conversation - Have you ever wanted to backflips off a couch
My family has a little cottage in the woods, and in the living room is a hollow vintage ceramic toad the size of a small dog. I was at the cottage with my partner, picked the toad up, and we noticed a little lube packet on the ground... Then I moved and the toad rattled. In it were a bunch of expired condoms my older brother had hidden in high school. (For reference - we're in our late twenties, so high school was a while ago lol)
I'm a pretty regular watcher of this podcast, pretty regularly listen to F**kface, follow a large portion of AH and RT employees on Twitter and Instagram and I had to go search Twitter for the Extra Life date, which was only posted by the RT account 4 days ago and was almost immediately buried by other promotional tweets. Not really banging the drum.
Yeah Chris can make a FOIA request to basically whatever agency he wants and see if they have anything on him and he'll get it unless it's classified or a part of an ongoing law enforcement investigation. If you haven't had a background investigation done on you there probably won't be anything if interest anywhere. Any American can file a FOIA.
