Microsoft Locks its Games to Xbox

@APrecursor Early on they said they had an R&D team working on an idea for a possible multiplayer mode but they weren't sure if it would make it into the finished game. Edit: I just realised that the line directly after what they highlighted in the article they quoted mentions that CD Project Red said the same thing at E3 2018.
