Prime 4 delay? Nooooooooooo!

I am so excited to hear about Metroid Prime 4 and Retro Studios. While it's sad that development is scraped, Metroid fans have been waiting for another prime game for over a decade, so what's a few more years. Personally I would rather wait another 2-3 years and get a high quality game, then for Nintendo to throw out a sloppy game. Also, you gotta hand it to them for having the balls to actually talk about what's going on under the hood, especially considering how Metroid fans haven't been super nice to Nintendo for previous development mistakes in the series. I think they learned their lesson from Other M, if a dev team isn't doing a good job, better to scrap and restart than release a bad Metroid Game.

Honestly, im not surprised about the low API. People bragged about API a lot when i was deep in the comp scene for SC2 and high API honestly means nothing if it isnt doing anything useful. If you button spam the whole game all your doing is wasting actions and pushing your self closer to carpal tunnel syndrome. I look forward to seeing more of what the Deep Mind AI can do. This is interesting as hell.

You guys are probably on it already but the Anthem VIP Demo has been destroying EA’s servers across multiple games

I am 100% ok with waiting for Matroid Prime 4. I’m really excited they chose to start over rather than continue developing something subpar. Seems like they learned from Other M.
