I really hope Germany and China will revisit their standpoints on online content. Let it thrive as a new ecosystem and stop trying to treat it as a hundred year old system. It's so vastly different than TV and radio in a way that's never been seen before, community interaction. The internet is growing so much and so fast that it's hard to say where it will go, but as it stands right now, it should be left to thrive.
