Never heard of Zenimax. Don't really care for them either. I also don't like facebook. so basically I don't care who wins I just want a fight.

That it owns innovative and creative companies doesn't make Zenimax Media itself any good... to be honest I'm could give a damn which of them win; they both suck and deserve each other - but you can tell that by the fact they are fighting over their toying like one year olds (with those toys being serious, cared about, innovative and creative companies... unlike them).

From what I have seen it looks like Zenimax has the upper hand here. Carmac is not denying that he is using tech they own, he just claims he should be allowed too because they weren't going too use it. Its like stealing something out of someones closet and claiming its not stealing because they never wear it.
