71 for NFS is bad? GT Sport has 76 for goodness sake! 71 is still at least a 'fun' game, right? Right?

I still don't understand how they can get away with deciding that there will be no DLC for Andromeda when they said there was going to be beforehand... in Scotland that would be breech of contract and they'd have to refund gamers who bought the game with the expectation of DLC being upcoming... I'm surprised that this is not the case in such a litigious country as the USA!

Either way - I would also classify it as misadvertising, breech of trading standards (failure to make good on services promised with the purchase) and potentially false advertising (if they knew that the DLC being produced was contingent on how well the game did) and conspiracy to defraud (if they already had any idea of how badly received it was going to be - which, let's be honest, they must have unless none of the people seeing what was going to be released ever play games... in which case what the hell are they doing being employed at a game developer.
