And yet small devs like 7 Days To Die get their games working GREAT on linux.

Other engines manage to do what you say is too hard for Microsoft.. what, are MS just stupider than other devs? They cant figure out what others have been doing for years? Do they get blue parking spaces because they are Coding Impaired handicapped to the point that they cant code what other not-stupid devs code?

I dont think thats it- I dont think the devs at Microsoft sit at the kiddie coders table.

They choose to code for every platform

except the only practical competition for home & office PC os. ... what an amazing coincidence

OpenGL exists for a reason.

And there is a reason MS chooses to spend tons of man hours developing a similar performance lockout proprietary GL instead

Just a note about KSP:

-Most people still playing have mods installed

-Mods usually break the game when a new update for the game itself comes out

-A new update was pushed through Steam this weekend.

-While easy to revert to an older version on Steam, I was a bit miffed

-I can't speak for everyone, but I left a negative review recently in response to the update, not some silly controversy I knew nothing about until watching this video.

I don't think the VR "Live Combat Game" should be a thing. Don't make a "realistic/visceral" game for something like that.
