Well this is terrifying news, I don't think I'm ready for uncanny valley cg pokemon.

For the love of god no. Pokemon doesn't need to be live action. The Warcraft movie doesn't need to be live action. Not everything needs to be live action to be good, this is part of the reason so few video game movies to well.

This has already happened. Does no one remember Pokemon Live the play?
