It's a mad system that leaves people who create content with little support or means to defend themselves when in the right against someone who clearly just wants to get rid of 'bad press'. It seems that again YT is a platform for making money but not actually protecting it's content creators. While it can be argued that both creators are valid entities to YT as a whole, it seems kind of stupid to be unable to define fair use when asked as they are proponents of this and understand the risk of not having an aboslute legal definition for them to work with.
H3H3 diserves to be sued. He doesn't make content, he talks over already made content. RT works hard on their videos. He sets up a web cam, watches a video, talks about the video, edits small bits in, and gets tons of money.
Learn what Fair Use is first before saying someone 'diserves' to be sued.
Does that mean they should be sued? It just sounds like you don't really enjoy that style of content.
You guys are right I should actually say he disserves to be sued. From what I understand he gets into a lot of trouble with other youtubers and is a real asshole. There is actually 1 reason that I don't want him sued. If he gets sued then anyone who works like him could be sued too.
SNOOPAVISION? WHERE IS IT!
It was one of the April Fools day things this year, don't think you can get to it anymore.
New Tech? Words are hard.
It'll be interesting to see where this lawsuit goes. Also, Ashley your 6th Doctor outfit is adorable
I really don't like H3H3 or his style of videos, but it's definitely not something to be sued over.
I know I feel strongly about this. When I saw Philip Defranco's video I went the GoFundMe page and donated what I could to help about.
on a side note damn Ash i love that shirt... seriously where can i get it
Who's Ray Narvaez jr?
I'm siding with H3H3. This other guy sounds like a twat.
PhiliD vs LaciGreen vs dozens of small youtubers
