I feel the science report for Spiderman overlooked the possibility that his bone mass, along with his muscles, could have undergone a lot of changes. Spiders grip walls by pushing outward with special piston-like tendons in their legs, so the stronger they are, the better their grip. Spiderman could have similar adaptations in his fingers that increase the gripping power beyond what science understands currently.

The Spiderman thing would be true if he actually stuck to walls in the same way as actual spiders, but apparently he sticks to them because it's his molecules bonding to the surface, so a real Spiderman could exist
