None of this makes me quite as sad as Ashley being the only one there. Better get used to it I guess...
Doesn't she always do the round up alone.
This really isn't surprising to me, as Skyrim remaster was announced I knew it was going to be a few years before we even heard anything about elder scrolls not to mention they're still pushing ESO content.
It's funny that Nintendo evidently passed on a partnership with Microsoft and Sony. Can you imagine if the Sony deal had lasted? Also, unless there's an achievement attached to the sex mechanic in a game I ignore it, with the exception of the Bioware games since they have save game transfers that actually alter the way characters act in later games. Like how Zevran won't try to seduce Hawke if he was in a relationship with the Warden.
"The Elder Scrolls 6 isn't even in development"
I mean, there are some scripts being written and engineering is probably developing a new engine (or reworked from Fallout 4's) to work with the most recent platforms (and testing some of their modules with the re-release of Skyrim on XB1 and PS4).
Also, these kind of games take 5-6 years to make. Other than the one fallout 4 leak, there was no official word on the game before they announced and released it on the same year. That means, they can keep a secret. That would also mean that a new Elder Scrolls wouldn't exist before 2020 or later? I don't think Zenimax would agree to not publish a game in that series for that long.
Fallout 3 was 2008, New Vegas was 2010 and Fallout 4 was 2015.
Oblivion (2006), Skyrim (2011), Skyrim: Special Edition (2016). But the special edition doesn't require that much resources that ES6 wouldn't be worked on.
Also, this article where Todd Howard said that they were working on it http://www.ign.com/articles/2016/06/13/e3-2016-bet...
He does mention that it's far away and that they're working on two other big projects. I'd expect at least one of them to be set in The Elder Scrolls universe. And at that point, why not call it The Elder Scrolls 6?
Although (and it's all speculation at this point), they could be working on an MMO set in the Fallout universe to be like ESO, but post-apocalyptic. And I could see them create a new universe. I think that Activision's approach to Call of Duty (with 3 studios working on the same tools) could be beneficial to have all stages of development stay employed (and working) during each game cycle.
They probably are working on something. I mean, Assassin's Creed Unity was being worked on back when Brotherhood finished. But they might not have more then concept art of a city or new monsters for a while.
Can we rename the roundup to my soapbox?
I wish they had done something with that Rare acquisition.....
Oh well. Back to N&B.
Spider-Man*....
the self driving car solution is easy.
Have the car always follow the rules of the road. If a pedestrian walks out onto the road when they shouldn't/somewhere they shouldn't, then the car does its best to stop correctly, or not to hit them, but if there is no other way, eg no place to swerve or no time to slow down then the pedestrian gets hit.
Bethesda should do a hd remastered of all the Elder Scrolls games or maybe a remaster of Morrowwind and Oblivion.
