I may know why DP2 is doing so well: some cinemas are releasing a slightly edited, not exactly r-rated version that will allow some under 18 yr olds to see it (myself included). I think they just removed a sex scene and cropped a certain moment where [spoiler] gets [spoiler] in [spoiler] by a big cgi character. I sounds like blasphemy, I know i wanted to see the uncut version, but it worked and it was still a violent, gory and absurd blockbuster that gets past some stupid laws (Hong Kong for example).

I couldn't help but stare at the reflection in the glasses the whole time, they are massive!😉
