A new Kickstarter game will let you date your favorite weapons. PlayStation VR has sold an impressive number of units for Sony. Disney is holding firm on the firing of James Gunn from Guardians of the Galaxy 3.
why would anyone buy gone home? it just reeks of pretentiousness and really bad story. give us more golf story less walking simulators. they aren't games,
@Sharnaq It was a really fun game. It wasn't really pretentious in any way I have no idea where you got that. Also if you thought the game was a simulator for walking around a house you really missed the story entirely.
@resistorserv no, I got the story early on. I just started exploring trying to figure things out, stumbled upon the secret room within the first 10 minutes and completed the game. I then went back and sat through the whole story and was bored. It wasn't a tantilizing story and I thought it was incredibly lacking. Yea people go "in-depth character development" as you learn about the family but it wasnt engaging. The best types of those games are the vanishing of ethan carter or edith fitch. Ones that simultaneously develop with gameplay and story or simply have better writing. This was a very big snooze fest as most of the characters felt like boring cutouts or tropes. If you are the Portland hipster type then i guess it can resonate. But for me nothing was engaging about the characters, the arcs, or the little details. its very lacking compared to other games that fall inside that same genre
Why is everyone talking about Halo 6 not being numbered? I recall them making a statement around e3 when they were talking about H5 that they were moving away from the numbering system and that was over a year ago. This isn't new information.
about GotG and Gunn......It is both impressive and somewhat terrifying that anything anyone says and puts online will come back to haunt them both positively and negatively. Regardless of the time it came out, he did say it, and he is going to have everything he says online scrutinized until death from now on.
