It's pretty obvious that the DRAM manufacturers are making so much money it is worth the loss of some minor lawsuits to make much more money back... until that changes they won't change - just as with data protection and privacy (which is why the EU GDPR are coming into force on the 25th May); it seems that companies should not be allowed to choose between money and anything else (because they will almost always choose the money) and a very big stick is now necessary to deal with these problems, especially given the scale of the worst offenders, i.e. they are the biggest companies in the world. *sigh* I blame the lack of Philosophy education in schools.

the listing demanding a passion for competitive PVP experiences doesn't mean it will be a PVP focused game. World Of Warcraft has a competitive PvP Scene with Arena invitationals etc etc. But it's far from a PVP focused game. I think Blizzard just wants every game that has a Pvp option to have a possibility of going big as a competitive esports game. just look at Rocket League. It was a low budget silly little sports game that just so happened to catch media attention just right at just the right time and was for a while an esports sensation. if Rocket League had had a games director with Competitive Game marketing and balancing experience it might have remained as big as it was for longer
