What is Death Stranding About? + Movie Pass Drops Major Theaters + Tide Pod Epidemic

Ok, in spite of myself, I am getting more and more excited for Death Stranding. The concept that he seems to be going for it not new, but Kojima is known for taking old ideas, and saying something with them. In MGS2 (Plot spoilers for MGS2 ahead, and yes, I am simplifying it) there is this AI system that is being tested. The AI system is designed to control information, and feed people "correct" information in order to control their thoughts, and "improve" humanity. 

"The digital society furthers human flaws and selectively rewards development of convenient half-truths."

"Everyone withdraws into their own small gated community, afraid of a larger forum. They stay inside their little ponds, leaking whatever "truth" suits them into the growing cesspool of society at large."

And to think MGS2 was released in 2001.

Specifically, Kingdom Come won't have Denuvo. As to whether or not it will have DRM in place, that's another matter. Wording on the headlines makes it seem like it will be DRM free, however the statement specifically states that it's skipping the current popular brand. That's all the information that was given about the subject. I'm skeptical that there's any other protector which is as effective as Denuvo (at least when it first was introduced) so the logical option is to go without DRM altogether. That being said, I prefer to be accurate in matters such as this. I'm assuming you're right since it seems like that should be the only other choice, however saying something specific is not there and saying there is nothing there are two different statements. Implications are the same, however it's a misleading logic.

I'm starting to think Darwinism needs to be applied to the Tide Pod challenge. What are they trying for, the gun free version of Russian Roulette?
