"Ross" should be given an always-online office only accessible via VR! Let "Ross" choose what he thinks he would look like as a human and allow people to visit his office in the VR-verse for proper face-to-face legal advice!

Haven't robots been stealing jobs since at least the 80's, or whenever the auto industry started making automated assembly lines.

Unless something is done about the current plutocracy then we'll be enjoying a Judge Dredd/Soylent Green dystopian future instead of the bright happy go lucky Star Trek one. Hopefully when true AI emerges, instead of exterminating us, it will keep us a pets.
