YouTube CENSORING Top Content Creators?

I don't use youtube for much anymore. I mostly go to the person's website to watch all the videos. There is only like 2 creators that I still watch on youtube.

Youtube red will soon be renamed to Youtube BLOOD and its where everyone can put edgy mature content and then we can separate them for everyone who wants to avoid stuff like that.

Can't wait to see the YouTube Rewind and see who is willing to be in it. I'm sure it will take a hit from big YouTubers who will be effected by this.

Well this could be a good thing for RT. Make bleeped videos on youtube, raw on the RT sites. Great way to get people to use this platform haha! Also now with the html5 player, its now more usable (needs some tweaks)!

I'm honestly surprised that Funhaus hasn't been hit with there Demodisk. Honestly I'm hoping this does little to "censor" you. I've never seen your videos as Vulgar and hope that you keep creating the content we fans have come to appreciate.

Kind of unrelated but what was the achievement hunter video they used where they were having the war with swords and stuff?

I guess for those months they been blacklisting video while they have been working out an appeal process. One Philip Defranco's videos was denied an appeal than later it was able to be monetizable again. Weird. What is still weird that the Philip Defranco show is a news show, to inform the masses of what is going on in the world and then he gives opinion on the matters and ask what the viewers opinion are. Having discussion. But his videos have and can be in the section of controversial or sensitive subjects like a lot of people. Who knows, maybe Youtube wants to stop all the news channel on Youtube.

Youtube does reserve the right to have the final say on what videos can and cannot be monetized.

That is a one of the big reasons why I watch Achievement Hunter is because you guys are crass and profane.

Seems like a lot of older youtubers have been through similar before and are just waiting for the dust to settle before doing anything about their content, while newer ones are a bit panicked.

Personally I can't see what YouTube is going for here. A solution that swaps one problem for a different one isn't a solution at all. An experiment maybe?

They seem to be pushing YouTube Red a lot on their Twitter while this goes on, but all I can see this action pushing is Patreon.

(And why would I get YouTube Red for no ads if everyone I watch removes ads from this? :p )

On one hand I get the advertisers concern. When I watch atheist focused videos and get commercials for Catholic Insurance agents, I'm probably not their intended target ;p

Jokes aside, the one Burnie tweeted about with Day 5's ad was a pretty unfortunate pair up.

But news should be supported, even tragic or controversial news. If you let advertises choose not to support such stories, would the stories ever be supported or reported?

Whatever happens I'll support the content creators I like as I do here with my sponsorship, and I look forward to the YouTube AH videos bleeping all the swear words.
