The highlight/standout of E3 was obviously Maneater, its a SharkPG for goodness sake!!! But honestly big agree with what yall said, Im also really hype for new nintendo stuff (Especially Daemon X Machina, looks really cool. Reminds me of Armored Core and i think some of the people working on it worked on some of the AC games too)

Jon was coming through with the critical opinion in this episode and I'm so into it

Cultural appropriation is not just someone from one culture wearing the clothes from another or playing music from another. It has to be disrespectful in some way and being one of the only people on the planet to be a master at that instrument clearly shows that he has tremendous respect for Japanese culture.

I play video games 40+ hours a week on average. I work to buy games, I eat/drink to have the energy to play games. I am not addicted

I was trying to limit my hype before E3 because of leaks and rumor mills were stirring interesting hopes. Kind of let down but i'm happy. looking forward to getting my first Fire Emblem game and dreaming about owning a third console for those exclusives (but i'm still excited for my Sea of Thieves expansions).

1) Wow that was a lot of coverage and it was very cool. 2) I appreciate how Jon always tries to give a nuanced and reasonable view on issues that come up.

Jon stop with this “cultural appropriation” BS. It’s a dumb concept. But no one on the Japanese Sony stream cared, we actually like people that wear our clothing/we like it when people are learning/mastering Japanese arts. Only you Americans have a problem with people doing something outside of their culture. Most Japanese people take pride that people actually care about Japanese culture.

death stranding is overplaying the "wtf is this game" card. that works for maybe a trailer or 2, but its been like 3 years since we've known about this game and at some point we need to know whats going on to maintain interest and hype
