I loved your inclusion of Doki Doki Literature Club. I have it (and another visual novel Ryan mentioned on a past episode) downloaded and started (because who can turn away a free game right?), but I havent gotten very far in them. On another note with the talk of EA and the star wars licensing and games, Im really hoping for a star wars RPG, like a KOTOR 3 kinda thing (i want KOTOR 3), rather than just shooters (though a Republic Commando sequel would be awesome). I am surprised at the lack of star wars games theyve made/announced, and can only hope that they release more in the future (and in this hope that these new star wars games arent just to make money but good games themselves. Ik they are a business and money is important, but i feel that making the games entertaining and fun should be a priority that isnt overlooked for the opportunity to try and bleed players of their money, lookin at you microtransactions)
Be careful with DDLC... see other comments who explain it better than I can.
This was a good episode and I'm glad they explained net neutrality a bit more comprehensively.
Ryan absolutely bossing that NN segment!
Star Wars concept artist Ralph McQuarrie. I don't believe there was a white Darth Vader but I could be wrong.. there definitely was a white Boba Fett & there's pics if you care to google it.
Battlefront 2 multiplayer is a lot of fun (bullshit progression system aside), but I really didn't care much for the campaign. It seemed really uninspired to me, honestly.
prison architect
Once you get to the net neutrality point, can you please cut that part out and put it out for everyone by itself. Send it out to every member of congress, get it on reddit, just distribute it far and wide.
See's thumbnail, oh hey a mainstream youtube group is actually gonna mention DDLC, they are probably gonna spoil it aren't they :/
I was right. they heavily spoiled Doki Doki Literature Club. :( I really wish Ashley hadn't done that and that Ben had stopped her since he Apparently knew of it.
Warning! If you are considering playing Doki Doki Literature Club, please reconsider if you have ever suffered from depression, self-harm, paranoia, or have ever considered suicide!!
This game does NOT mess around and it gets very messed up!!!
I've already heard first hand accounts from people saying they didn't think the warnings were that serious or they didn't think the game was that bad, until they played it.
Now some of them have had nightmares and flashbacks!!!
PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY AND DO NOT PLAY IF YOU ARE UNSURE IF YOU WILL BE TRIGGERED BY IT!
If you really want to know what the game is about or see it for yourself, but don't want to play it.
Consider watching a let's play on Youtube. I know that Jesse Cox has played some and Jacksepticeye is currently playing it as well. I'm sure there are others as well.
Remember to stay safe and take care of yourself above all else!
Man, I wish I had seen this earlier. I played it a couple days ago, and very much regretted it.
Ashley's reaction to the kid being sued by Epic and his mother's claim that Epic can't prove anything was brilliant. Who says putting a video of you cheating on YouTube is proof?
