Real question here, love listening to you all but would it be better to do it on youtube? Only ask because for short form videos like this I will deal with ads if it means more revenue for y'all. I think you all do a great job and truly enjoy your take on video game news. Thank you, that is all.
@nakai87 But doing it on Youtube means contributing to one of the biggest platforms for rascists... I've been trying to get my video content from non-Youtube sources as much as possible for years because of this and other problems I have with Youtube. Using the RT site is a good way to reduce Youtube's gains for what are, essentially, enabling systems for the most intolerant of society; go to content creators websites, help them by supporting their efforts to become less reliant on Youtube and having all their eggs in one terrible basket, it's not so hard, your web browser has bookmarking and bookmark searching straight from the address bar!
@heavenhole Only matters if you think Youtube is the future, and if it continues to enable entitled, racist, intolerant, ranting, neonazis then I am afraid you would be betting on the wrong horse.
Why,.. just,.. why,..? Why can't I get the sunny-side-up right? Cast iron, Teflon,.. it doesn't matter. And the Bacon,.. gawd DAMN me with the bacon. ... why ... *whimper*
So I guess that Ultra-capitalism leads to a Communist dictatorship... down with the Reds... and the Blues!(?!?) Who'd have thought being a moderate was the best of both worlds... oh, wait, anyone who knows shit about anything...
I love how Bioshock pre-dated all of this shit by years but damn does it corner this problem and give it one hell of a pummeling... computer games are social and political commentary, computer games are art; anyone who says otherwise is a Communist or an Ultra-capitalist... wait, Communist - ha, Google are Communists, haha </bitter laugh at how nothing was done about the monopolies in the computer industry and it's all lead to everything being shit ... they shoulda broken up Microsoft when they had the chance; that was when the computer industry realised it was never going to be reigned in and lead to the birth of Open Source and its anti-thesis USAian tech. monopolies (looking at you, Amazon, Alphabet, Apple... wait, I see a pattern here...)!
After Nintendo banned animal crossing in China, people there are pissed off and reported to CCP govt' that PSN violates those self-censorship principles. Resulting a unannounced closure of PSN service, AND a PS4 firmware patch 7.51. The catch is: it fixed a issue which China users accessing non-Chinese PSN shop using certain loopholes. SO they can't even access "uncensored content" in PS4 now.
@rickyno702 Well maybe this will stoke the revolution? IT seems to me like the Chinese population is definitely gonna start realising that they really have to do something about this if they want to actually get to that Western level of lifestyle they seem desperate to get to... so anyone supporting the curent Chinese government is out of luck in the long term... though I suppose businesses these days are very good at changing the company line on a dime... for a dime...
