100% first person makes sense in thats how you see urself in real life, only through mirrors and such

First person only sounds perfect. I honestly dont care for 3rd, its far less immersive.if i wanna see myself ill look in a mirror or check the menu/inventory/skills/w.e also gameplay is way more fun. compare driving first person to 3rd. Gender assignment removal makes sense it is cyberpunk after all.

I feel like there will always be people who will find something to get upset about. I am happy that CD Projekt Red is making the game they want without feeling the need to bend their vision for people who do not even seem supportive of them to begin with. Its funny, with how much hate big studios get for making writers and directors change their visions of movies, but now many "gamers" want gaming devs to change their games to what they think it should be, much like the big studios albeit for different reasons. Just let them make their game and judge it after its out. Great video btw. Keep up the great work.

I don't think I like the idea of not having genders, why didn't they just put an option to be trans-male or trans-female in the back story. I just think it's weird not to have gender.

All they need to do is put Male or Female in the gender/sex options?or put in the four options. It keeps the creation options simple*. *By simple I mean keeping everyone happy. I’ve always been rather blunt when it comes to this type of stuff. The nicest why I can say it if you want people to respect it don’t turn it into drama/issue. (If.. (if is a key word), If I’ve read right that the gender/sex options been an ongoing debate in the game. Those are things that fans don’t need to know.= No issues).

I think everyone is missing the point with the non-gender specific thing. If you put enough cybernetic enhancements on yourself, at some point you stop being a human (male, female, and all others) and are a machine. While we typically add gender specific pronouns to machines because that’s what makes them seem more familiar to us, there is no gender for them.

I have to add my two cents here to say that I for one am very glad of the first person viewpoint as I REALLY don'T like the clunkiness of 3rd person perspectives, I've never been a fan and have not played a lot of critically acclaimed "masterpieces" simply because they are third person and it really throws me out of the immersion and I find the viewpoint horribly skewed. Especially in an RPG I feel like the things that are happening are happening to someone else and I find in shooters and driving games that it throws me off really badly with my aim and sense of spacial awareness... as you might have guessed, this has meant that I don't and can't play the entire genre of Battle Royale games (at least the ones I've come across) because they are all 3rd person... talk about feeling excluded! (And, yes, I play Minecraft 1st person).

1st person makes a lot of sense tbh, I feel like it’ll be easier to play too. Gender also makes sense since a lot of people’s bodies don’t match their pronouns, sometimes even just aesthetically (I have a friend who is male but loves wearing girly clothes and makeup but doesn’t identify as a female or fluid or NB). Also I’m pretty sure it fits well within transhumanist ideas and the whole future scape. It just makes sense.

I am worried about Crunch Time and worker's rights. I want to believe the best about CD Projekt Red, but you never know.
