@logocore Aliens Colonial Marines. He lied through his fucking teeth about that game to everyone and then farmed the work off to another studio. He should NEVER be trusted.
Games nowadays are a fucking joke and it's shit like this why I barely play games anymore. Just make a game where if you want something you need to put hours into it to actually unlock it and not have to spend $200 plus for a game and still not get 100% of the content of the game.
@Rainbowturtles18 dude, I'm too busy to put hours into a game to unlock a skin or a gun or whatever. I just want to enjoy the game. There is nothing wrong with having the option to pay a couple bucks to get that thing right away so long as it's unlockable in game within a reasonable amount of time.
seriously can we get at least another gaming news show, this one sucks too much. the titles are too annoying and all they care about are negative drama click bait... i miss how normal it used to be
@Gomezness What is annoying about this title? It directly relates to what they are talking about, and they give sufficient information to answer the question they posed.
I guess it's fine with that kind of microtransactions in the game. realistically you can play overwatch with out buying a single box and still have the same experience where as you played battlefront 2 and you have to fight someone who has payed ea thire life savings and are op.
this idea that microtransactions are mandatory really frustrates me. There are plenty of successful games that have released in the past few years that did not have microtransactions. Witcher 3, Sekiro, God of War, Legend of Zelda BOTW, Resident Evil 7 and 2. Super Mario Odyssey, Doom, Wolfenstein 1 and 2, and im sure many more.
It seems like people just want to be upset about this game at this point. As soon as it became an Epic Games launch exclusive, all the hype for the game died and many have been up in arms trying to kill excitement of a new Borderlands game. If they wanted to monetize the game the way many are doing so nowadays, they could've easily made golden keys a purchasable item. I don't understand how anyone can be upset that they're focusing on the monetization strategy that made everyone love Borderlands 2. The game will (likely) be supported via DLC - expansion packs - that will keep the game feeling fresh for those who like to just plow through their games. Is that something to be upset about? As always, great video delving into the semantics of it all. Just wanted to post my opinion because yay comments sections
