Dammit, the cut that ad about snowfall that adam was giving. Damn skippable ads.

I'm pretty forgiving about ads in games, I didn't mind at all that Alan Wake have ads in it, and them being done in loading screens isn't so bad, but if you really can't stop the ad when the loading is done and just play the game that is a whole other level. I guess this is what happens when gamers let the companies get away with the terrible micro-transactions in those sports games.

How is 8 mins over one third of 30 min? It's over one third of the content time, sure, but that's usually not how you calculate percentages.

Why is a daily video series being uploaded weekly?

All my co workers have PS4s... they only play 2K games...

It wouldn't be that much of an issue if they just offer the ability to skip the ad once the game is loaded. If you really wanna finish watching the ad cause you might actually be interested, keep watching it. If you don't and your game is finished loading, hit A to continue onto your game. Seems pretty easy and you get the best of both worlds.

Now I'm only imagining gretuitous product placement in games. Can't wait for Master Chief to crack open a fresh Coke in the next few years.
