@Ktan_Dantaktee From a business viewpoint, RT has Fantastic retention. In 2018 the US bureau of labor reported the average tenure is 4.8 years for men, and 4 years for women. I can confidently say RT is well above that. Also, I believe Geoff mentioned during an off-topic that andy was only picked because he moved to animation. So with that in mind, AH is pretty safe. in literally 8 years, AH has only lost 3 notable people. (Caleb, Ray, and Andy)

I'm a little worried, I feel like RT has parted ways with some really talented people in this year alone. Even if it's company stuff I think it'd be informative to at least get everyone whose leaving together for a 'farewell podcast'. That way it doesn't feel so abrupt.

I'm really going to miss seeing Lawrence here. Yes I will follow him to all his new things but this is a hard one for me. IDK I just like seeing some one who I felt was the most like me having so much fun in a group of friends.

@Purdypickle92 maybe, maybe not. Look at how many video's he's been in recently. FH is starting to bring in the new guys like john and alana to take the reigns. Sure were gonna all miss the good old days. when they had the holocaust wallpaper and make way more inappropriate jokes, but i believe the direction they are going isn't a terrible one.
