@Nakatomi But consistency is more important that this one case otherwise people are gonna call Twitch out and the other girl not getting bans for things clearly more revealing (and intended as such and also without underwear - the revelation of which cosst her a ban but probably gained her a bunch of followers in the longer run) then gives people a stick to beat Twitch with. It's why a number of countries require laws to be applied to everyone equally or ele the law is not considered useable and must be ignored (i.e. applied equally to everyone) this is why in many countries the recording of mix tapes on cassette tapes was never enforced, they couldn't process the number of people who did it through the courts and in many cases it would have required jail time; doing this to a significant proportion of your poppopulation

@RiverRunning (apologies - comment bug or something) is just not achievable and even if it was (without breaking everything else that the law has to deal with) your popularity would plummet and the politicians would get a hiding and so it would be stopped... (or else your country becomes a police state... *yay* </sarcasm>)
