Lawrence, I work in IT and you would *not* believe the amount of people who *don't* restart before reporting issues to me. Fixes over *half* of the issues I receive... :-/

@Silverstein69 Gotta agree, as someone who works in IT, a lot of times with other companies IT departments, I see a lot of people who just don't restart things. And this is with people who actually work in IT, so they should definitely be familiar with how restarting things it pretty much always the first step in troubleshooting.
