You can just put the kill cam at the end of the game or when your squad is wiped, like every other BR game. Apex should get a demo system to people can go back and watch an entire match from any perspective and be able to prove if there are cheats being used or just to give peace of mind that it was instead just a good player or team. That and actually improve their report system in game for both reporting team mates and people who don't get the kill via the last shot.
The idea that cheating doesn't happen on console is way out of date. It can actually happen a lot more due to the fact you already have aim assistance to allow a lot simpler systems of cheating. This also means they can have 'soft' cheats that are never really detected as well. Never mind the fact people can buy controllers and software that can actually improve their gaming via scripts and tweaks as well. At least on PC there are usually in built system that can be used to catch them out. Only recently has the system been worse on PC in this regard and very much the same as consoles, with games needing to add on features that were pretty common on PC.
I feel like Lawrence and I could be friends. I enjoy talking about transhumanism and I am a sucker for anything cyberpunk (even used to play Cyberpunk 2020).
